I'm a Certified Health Coach and Weight Loss Consultant.  Living a healthy lifestyle has always been a huge part of my life.  Early in my childhood, my father taught me the importance of living a healthy balanced life by fueling my body with the right nutrients and the benefits of staying active.  I continued my education in health and nutrition and quickly identified the correlation between the effects that our personal nutritional habits have on our mental health. It is my mission to educate and support others on their journey to better health and nutrition.
