Counselors focus on a specific presenting issue and look into emotional resolutions to past problems to move forward, finding solutions to those specific problems, while making 'healing' as one of the main objectives.

Unfortunately, insurance companies do not accept insurance for life coaching sessions. Life Coaching is private pay only.
