Honour Rukudzo Sithole, MA-LPC-S, is a Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Inside Fitness Professional Counseling & Life Coaching in Frisco TX. His philosophy is that life is an inside job and that the quality of your life mirrors your internal self. The main goal at Inside Fitness is to provide a judgment-free environment where unconditional love resides and where families, couples, and individuals feel safe to work and resolve their life’s challenges. ​​The Practice was voted the Face of Mental Health for the city in 2018 because of its fast growth and unique approach to mental health.

 

He has been featured in various media outlets and publications as a guest to discuss the Importance of Emotional & Mental wellness in living a balanced successful life.

He partners with governmental, both at local and national level, professional athletes, corporate as well as non-profit organizations as a counselor, coach or speaker for private and public engagements covering an array of topics centered around wellness for the mind, body and spirit.

Overall, he is committed to bringing the issues surrounding mental health to the forefront whilst diminishing the negative stigma associated with it.

For his dedication and service towards improving the lives of individuals living with mental illness, he was selected by the Central Texas African American Family Support Conference to be the 2020 recipient of the Richard E Hopkins Torch Award.

In addition, Honour brings over 20 years of corporate experience in a management role or as an executive. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Inside Fitness 360. He served as the Vice President of Solution Delivery at Integra Mortgage Solutions for a 3 year period where he managed client relationships and change management.

​

Before accepting this role, he was a Mortgage Banking Consultant for 5 years managing mortgage securities and process improvement.

 

He also served as a Director of Data Services for Homeward amongst other corporate roles at Chase Bank and Bank of America from 2006 through 2012. He currently accepts corporate advisory roles, mainly focused around human capital management and diversity and inclusion.
