Jay Barnett joined Inside Fitness 360 as a sought after youth leadership and mental well-being mentor. After his time in the NFL, Jay has made it his mission to lead and guide today's youth through group programs and curriculum while providing encouragement, tools, resources and the support needed to begin the journey of evolving into the young men and women they desire to be.

By increasing their cultural awareness and developing a positive self-image, outside of their environment and influences, we are able to raise their success rate and quality of life. Our program provides the essential tools that students need to become productive citizens; in adjacent, we work to equip them to make better decisions.
The program features interactive dialogue on topics that our students face in today’s society. We utilize journaling as a therapeutic tool, to help students release any hurt, pain, and issues that may be internalized. The first sessions are dedicated to discovering their identity and the image of who they want to become, while following sessions are geared to development and navigation implements to walk it out.
This program will impress upon the students to change their perspective on life, as well as, change behavior patterns. Students need motivation and guidance to reach their full potential. The goal of our program is to prepare students to become advocates for self-preservation, to recognize their full potential, and to empower them in making healthy choices in and out of the classroom.
