Licensed Professional Counselor Clinical Lead

Hello! I'm Connor Gianni Leardini a Licensed Professional Counselor with a diverse background that brings a unique perspective to therapy. I recently graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s in Professional Counseling, achieving Dean’s List honors. Before pursuing my career in mental health, I proudly served in the United States Air Force, where I worked alongside Special Forces as a technician.

During my service, I earned dual certifications as a physical trainer and completed a Bachelor of Science degree, accredited by CACREP and theologically integrated. I also hold a CCAF degree through the Community College of the Air Force.

My journey has equipped me with experience in working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, integrating mental health and physical training for a well-rounded approach to wellness. I am a strong proponent of evidence-based practices, drawing from techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT). My approach is rooted in behaviorism, and I believe in tailoring treatment to fit each client’s unique needs and goals.

With a foundation in theological and chaplaincy training, I am also comfortable engaging in discussions around spirituality for those who wish to incorporate it into their therapeutic journey. I have a particular passion for working with children, adolescents, and young adults, and I have extensive experience supporting troubled youth involved with the state.

My therapeutic style is laid back and collaborative, and I strive to create a holistic, client-centered environment where healing and growth can flourish.

I look forward to supporting you on your path to mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
