Sarah Binion, MA

Hello, I’m Sarah and I have master’s degree in counseling from Mississippi State University.  I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of counseling experience, helping clients work through a myriad of mental health disorders, issues and concerns.

I provide clients with a safe, confidential, therapeutic environment to explore and work through relationship issues, counsel married couples, navigate issues that women face, counsel teens and those suffering through the process of grieving.

It is my belief that everyone wants to create a better way of handling life situations that are beneficial to all involved. I help clients to develop tools and a better way of handling life situations through coaching and challenging you to move forward in a manner that allows you to reframe experiences and develop a new perspective on life. Therefore, those who face past and present negative experiences, can overcome them with hope and begin to establish an emotionally and mentally healthier life. As individuals become whole and healthy, so does the family and the community.

Life has a way of bringing unexpected crisis to everyone, but it is how we deal with each that determines the quality of life we will have. I work with adults, families and teens and it would be my pleasure to walk with you on your journey to finding peace, healing and wholeness.
