Saniya Khan, LPC-A

Supervised by Dr. Tanisha Guy LPC-S, PhD, MA, LPC-S, NBCC

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in the state of Texas. I received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. I continued my education and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Memphis which is a nationally accredited CACREP program. I have experience working with individuals with Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Substance Abuse Addictions. I enjoy working with Adults and Couples to help them navigate the stresses in life. I work to help clients see that if they can change their thought patterns then they can change their behaviors and ultimately change their lifestyle. I believe in the mind body connection. I advocate improving mental health improves physical health, and I enjoy uplifting others.
