Jay Barnett joined Inside Fitness 360 as a sought after youth leadership and mental well-being mentor. After his time in the NFL, Jay has made it his mission to lead and guide today's youth through group programs and curriculum while providing encouragement, tools, resources and the support needed to begin the journey of evolving into the young men and women they desire to be.
With over 10 years of highly skilled and acclaimed mentoring and success stories, public speaking, business experience and most importantly, real-life, his view is radically different. Jay appreciates and shares with his mentees that leadership is a moment to moment choice and not about title and position. Leadership is for everyone - it's a choice and it's how we should live our lives.
Also, as a leader in the community, Jay serves as the senior consultant and Master Teen Mentor with his Sugarland, Texas based organizations: The Me Project and The We Project which serves at risk teens, ages 13-18. Working with Jay, teens developed self-esteem, self-worth, value for their bodies and strong mindsets.

Licensed Professional Counselor

SANDRA CAMPBELL, MA, LPC
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Letourneau University.
I have had various counseling experiences with teens and adults, focusing on a variety of issues, including anxiety and depression, PTSD, grief & loss, management and coping skills for stress, self-harm and suicidal ideations, body-image issues, abuse and trauma, marriage and family relational conflicts, and taking control of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I have also had the opportunity of working with a non-profit organization aiding in the setup of their counseling component for at-risk women.
Outside of counseling, I have been avidly involved with athletics in many different forms. I have 17+ years of experience as a competitive volleyball player, including a collegiate career at both the NCAA Division I and Division II levels. I have also coached volleyball at every educational level. My collegiate pursuits started off in Sports Medicine. While pursuing that degree, I came to fall in love with the mental and emotional side of athletics and felt my passion shift towards that need, which lead me to counseling. During my time as an athlete, athletic trainer, and coach, the most valuable lesson I learned was the importance of addressing not only my physical health and wellbeing, but also regulating my mental and emotional health. I have been able to apply this lesson to not only my athletic endeavors, but also my personal and professional ventures.
I have dedicated my life to working with clients and helping them to develop strength and create change within themselves which will enable them to build a healthier and more rewarding outlook on life. I believe therapy should be about you and what is most important to you. I provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgmental space where you are free to express your concerns, explore your fears, and work towards healing. I would consider it a privilege to partner with you as my client as you deepen your own self-awareness, achieve new insight, and work towards building the life you desire for yourself.
