SPEAKER | AUTHOR | MENTOR
Jay Barnett joined Inside Fitness 360 as a sought after youth leadership and mental well-being mentor. After his time in the NFL, Jay has made it his mission to lead and guide today's youth through group programs and curriculum while providing encouragement, tools, resources and the support needed to begin the journey of evolving into the young men and women they desire to be.
With over 10 years of highly skilled and acclaimed mentoring and success stories, public speaking, business experience and most importantly, real-life, his view is radically different. Jay appreciates and shares with his mentees that leadership is a moment to moment choice and not about title and position. Leadership is for everyone - it's a choice and it's how we should live our lives.
Also, as a leader in the community, Jay serves as the senior consultant and Master Teen Mentor with his Sugarland, Texas based organizations: The Me Project and The We Project which serves at risk teens, ages 13-18. Working with Jay, teens developed self-esteem, self-worth, value for their bodies and strong mindsets.

Licensed Professional Counselor Associate
Carolyn Ngoc Le, MA, LPC-Associate
Hello there! My name is Carolyn, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who is being supervised by Dr. Victoria Yu Liu, PhD, LPC-S. I have a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University which is in Ft. Worth Texas. I have mental healthcare experience working with diverse clients in a hospital, a private practice setting, and a community and college counseling center. I had the opportunity to work with clients who were experiencing challenges with anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and addictions. These experiences have allowed me to learn and understand a variety of perspectives, worldviews, and backgrounds.
My therapeutic orientation involves an eclectic or integrative approach meaning I utilize therapeutic tools from a variety of theoretical orientations or techniques that I find will suit an individual’s unique needs. Some therapeutic approaches I use are compassion-focused therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and narrative therapy. I have an interest in learning about neuroscience and I enjoy providing psychoeducation that helps clients learn more about how their brain works and the tools they can use.
Challenges are a part of life, and we will work together to navigate through your life’s challenges. I believe you already have the strengths, tools, and resources within you, and believe that you are the expert of your life. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental, and encouraging space for you to freely discuss your concerns and help you to reach your desired goals.
