Adriana Beck, MA

I am Adriana Beck, a Licensed Professional Counseling with a passion for helping others achieve emotional wellness. I hold a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.

As a former member of the National Gymnastic Team for my home country, Venezuela, I experienced first-hand the importance of balancing mental and physical health. Those years as an elite athlete taught me that my emotions and mindset played a decisive role in my performance, apart from how physically prepared I was for the task. Success is a combination of mental, emotional, and physical health.

Before becoming a counselor, I was a high school teacher, and that’s where my passion to be around teenagers and to understand their journey, emotions and struggles started to grow. I continue to enjoy working with adolescents in individual and group settings and in direct communication with parents to help them improve their quality of life.

I offer bilingual (English/Spanish) counseling services in a safe, non-judgemental environment where you can explore your true self. I believe that every client is unique and brings his or her own story to counseling, therefore I will provide the platform to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally, implementing various counseling theories and techniques to fit the needs and goals of each individual.

I would be honored to be that person who offers compassion, support, and the tools you need to achieve your wellness goals.
